About

A production studio for everything a brand has to show

Phosphor Digital was built on a simple frustration: most businesses have to hire four vendors to look like one company. We do the design, the product artwork, the photography, and the video — so the work matches, and one person is accountable for it.

The Phosphor Digital studio workspace in the Puget Sound

Why "Phosphor"

Phosphor is the coating that turns raw energy into a visible image — the reason a screen glows at all. It is a fair description of the job: take what a business already is and make it visible to the people who need to see it.

The studio is based in the Puget Sound region of Washington and serves Pierce and King County in person — Tacoma to Seattle and everywhere between. Design work travels further: logos, brand systems, and product artwork are handled remotely for clients anywhere in the world.

Who we work with

B2B clients — real estate teams, contractors, restaurants, breweries, nonprofits, clinics, and shops across Pierce and King County. And direct-to-consumer work: weddings, elopements, senior portraits, family sessions, and personal merch runs.

The common thread is accountability. Whether it's a brewery that needs its cans, menus, and Instagram to look like the same company, or a family that gets one shot at a wedding day, the work has to be right the first time — and someone has to answer for it.

Why one studio instead of four vendors

When your photographer, designer, and videographer never talk to each other, you become the project manager — translating brand guidelines, chasing file formats, and absorbing the gaps. With one studio, the brand system informs the shoot, the shoot feeds the marketing, and the whole thing ships as one coherent body of work.

Everything under one roof

Four disciplines, one production standard. Each practice is staffed in-house, so nothing is subcontracted out and quality never depends on a stranger.

Photography

Real estate, weddings and elopements, senior portraits, events, and product photography — shot and edited in-house.

Graphic Design

Logos, brand systems, social media kits, brochures, menus, signage layouts, and marketing collateral.

Product Design

Apparel graphics, enamel pins, stickers, patches, signage, and merch — prepared print-ready for your manufacturer.

Videography

Brand films, event coverage, real estate walkthroughs, and short-form social content, edited for the platforms you actually use.

How a project runs

The same five steps whether it's a logo or a full brand rollout — because a clear process is what lets creative work stay creative.

  1. 01

    Discovery call

A short conversation about what you're making, who it's for, and when it has to exist. You leave with a flat written quote.

  2. 02

    Direction & concepts

Moodboards, shot lists, or design concepts — depending on the work. We align on direction before production begins.

  3. 03

    Production

Design, shoot, or build. You get progress updates at agreed checkpoints, not silence followed by a deadline.

  4. 04

    Review & refine

Structured revision rounds with clear feedback windows. Everything is tracked so nothing gets lost between versions.

  5. 05

    Delivery & handoff

Final files in every format your vendors and platforms require, plus source files and a handoff note so nothing is a mystery later.

Working principles

These aren't slogans — they're the terms every project runs on, and they're in every quote we send.

Flat quotes, no surprises

Every project starts with a written scope and a flat number. If the scope changes, the quote changes in writing before the work does — never after.

One accountable person

The person you talk to is the person doing the work. No account managers relaying messages, no hand-offs where details get lost.

Revisions with a defined end

Every quote includes a set number of revision rounds with clear feedback deadlines, so projects close instead of drifting.

Your files are yours

Final artwork, source files, and full-resolution images are handed over at delivery. We don't hold your brand hostage.

Deadlines we hold

Turnaround dates are committed in writing. If something slips on our end, you hear it from us early — not on the due date.

Small projects taken seriously

One shirt graphic or a single listing shoot gets the same production standard as a full brand rollout, because in a local market that's how people find you.
