These terms apply to bookings and deposits made with Phosphor Digital.
Bookings and deposits
A deposit holds your date and is applied in full to your final invoice. Your date is confirmed once the deposit clears and we've agreed on scope in writing.
Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel a booking from your client dashboard. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe, and we email a confirmation with the refund reference. Cancellations close to the shoot date may retain part of the deposit to cover reserved time.
Deliverables and usage
Delivery timelines are agreed per project. Clients receive the usage rights described in their project agreement; Phosphor Digital retains authorship and may show work in its portfolio unless a written NDA says otherwise.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Privacy and your data
We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, which covers what we collect, how long we keep it, and how to request a copy, correction, or deletion. Business clients who need a written data processing agreement can request one at contact@phosphordigital.com. Our security practices are published at /security.
