Our standard, no-travel-fee service area covers Pierce County, King County, and the south Sound. Anywhere beyond that — elsewhere in Washington, out of state, or overseas — is still absolutely possible, it is just quoted and agreed before we commit.
What has to be negotiated
On-location photography and videography outside the regular service area require a project-specific agreement covering travel time, mileage or airfare, lodging where an overnight is involved, and any equipment shipping or rental at the destination.
None of that is a surcharge tacked on afterward. It is agreed in writing, in the quote, before a date is held.
How to get a travel quote
Send us the destination, the dates, roughly how many hours of coverage you need, and what the finished work has to do. We come back with a single all-in figure and a scope.

Design is never restricted
This page is only about work that requires us physically on site. All graphic design and product design is handled remotely for clients anywhere in the world, with no travel involved and nothing to negotiate.
