A kickoff call to agree on the message, audience, and deliverables. A written scope with fixed milestones. First concepts, then two structured revision rounds. Final delivery of source files, exports in every format your vendors ask for, and a short guide on using them.

Approvals happen in writing, so nothing is ambiguous when a file reaches a printer.

Time zones, currency, and files

We schedule calls to your working hours and keep asynchronous updates as the default so a project moves overnight rather than stalling. Invoicing is handled through our standard online checkout.

If your project also needs photography or video, we can art-direct a local shooter remotely and handle the edit, grade, and layout ourselves.
